Terms of Service for Srana Digital Google Ads Management Tool

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Srana Digital Google Ads Management Tool (the "Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Tool.

 

2. Service Description

The Tool is an internal, proprietary command-line application developed by Srana Digital for managing Google Ads campaigns through the Google Ads API (v23). The Tool provides campaign management, keyword optimization, ad creative management, and performance reporting capabilities for Google Ads accounts managed under our MCC (Manager Account ID: 802-818-2639).

 

3. Authorized Use

The Tool is for internal use only by Srana Digital. It is not a publicly available product or service. Access is restricted to the owner and operator of Srana Digital. The Tool is used exclusively to manage Google Ads campaigns for businesses owned by or directly associated with Srana Digital.

 

4. Google Ads API Compliance

Use of the Tool is subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, Google API Services User Data Policy, and all applicable Google developer policies. The Tool accesses the Google Ads API solely for legitimate campaign management purposes. We do not use the API to:

- Scrape or harvest data for purposes unrelated to campaign management

- Provide Google Ads management services to unaffiliated third parties

- Circumvent any Google Ads policies or restrictions

- Store or transmit Google Ads data to external systems

 

5. Intellectual Property

The Tool, including all code, documentation, and associated materials, is the proprietary property of Srana Digital. All rights are reserved. Google Ads and the Google Ads API are trademarks and products of Google LLC.

 

6. Data Handling

All data accessed through the Tool is processed locally and in real-time. No Google Ads data is permanently stored in external databases or cloud services. For full details on how data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://srana.ca/privacy-mcp.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Srana Digital does not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Campaign performance results depend on many factors beyond the Tool's control, including market conditions, competition, and Google Ads platform changes.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srana Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Tool, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or campaign performance outcomes.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Srana Digital from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Tool or violation of these Terms.

 

10. Modifications to Terms

Srana Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Tool after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
